We are pleased to welcome our new provider, Jenny Haag, MSN, FNP-C to Chandler Family Care (formerly Koi Family Medicine).
A registered nurse since 2007, she has worked in primary care since 2016 when she completed her Master’s in Nursing. “I enjoy getting to know my patients and individualizing the treatment plan based on their specific needs and goals,” said Jenny.
Chandler Family Care is located at 1600 West Chandler Blvd #160 and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
