Queen Creek Health Center changed ownership on May 1, 2024, and will remain focused on primary care while growing services in the coming months.
The new owner, Read Healthcare LLC, is a family-based company with deep roots in the healthcare industry. Patient care will be led by Nicole Read, APRN-Rx, FNP-C, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in primary care, chronic disease management, and women’s health.
Long-time staff members continue as part of the team which will be unveiling many positive changes, including premier medical providers and important new services, to positively impact patient wellness. The center remains open during the transition.
The new owners thank all patients for their ongoing support and look forward to meeting everyone in the days and weeks ahead!
