All the Primary Healthcare Services You Need in One Place, Including Pediatrics and Urgent Care.
The Queen Creek Health Center primary care doctors and providers are dedicated to providing premier healthcare in one location for residents and visitors of Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Valley, and surrounding communities.
You and those you care for each have unique needs, from seasonal allergies to chronic illnesses. An important part of our philosophy is to provide as many services as possible in one location.
While there will still be times when you will receive a referral to an outside specialist, our hope is that through regular visits and preventive care we can provide the majority of your needs in-house.
Our Most Popular Healthcare Services…
Primary Care — We are primary care physicians providing premier medical care to patients ages 3 through adult of all abilities, incomes, and backgrounds. Our medical offices serve residents and visitors in Queen Creek, Chandler, and surrounding communities.
Urgent Care — If you have an urgent medical need, we can schedule your appointment quickly, usually on the same day you call us so that you can get the care you need as soon as possible.
Pediatric Care (Ages 3+) — As little ones grow and change, our providers make sure that each child has the best care possible. This includes:
- Well-child care
- Age-related screenings for physical, mental, and developmental health
- Sick care
- Care for chronic conditions
- School/sports physicals
- Depression or anxiety
We can also identify children with learning disabilities such as ADD/ADHD and provide a specialist referral.
Annual Exam — Even seemingly healthy adults should see a primary care physician once a year for a physical exam, also known as a preventive visit. Young children, pregnant women and the elderly, and individuals with chronic conditions, may need to be scheduled more frequently.
Medicare Wellness Visit — If you’ve had Medicare Part B for longer than 12 months, you are entitled to a yearly “Wellness” visit to develop or update a personalized prevention plan to help prevent disease and disability,
