Comprehensive Children’s Health Services
Queen Creek Health Center provides a comprehensive range of services to ensure the well-being of children ages 3 and older. We support a schedule of well-child visits which includes the recommended age for each well-child visit and what to expect during your child’s exam. These are important to ensure necessary preventive care, track your child’s growth and development, and establish a strong relationship with your provider.
Sick Child Care and Physicals
We remain available for sick child care, physicals, and helping to manage most chronic diseases or conditions. Your provider will coordinate the child’s care with other specialists and therapists if needed.
School and Sports Physicals
You are also encouraged to schedule your child’s school and sports physical examinations with us to ensure that students and athletes are healthy and well enough to attend school or engage in their extracurricular activities.
